About me

5+ years turning ideas into working software.

I'm a South African entrepreneur and developer. Since 2021 I've run VergeOn Media Agency, a Johannesburg digital agency that helps businesses get online and stay ahead.

I work across the whole chain: requirements, design, development, SEO and launch. I map how a business really runs, then build the dashboards, automations and integrations (payments, WhatsApp, booking sync, email) that remove manual steps, using AI-assisted coding to ship fast and then reviewing every line before release. I studied a BEd at the University of Johannesburg and have taught Computer Applications Technology in schools, so I explain technical work clearly to non-technical people. I'm especially interested in digital education, artificial intelligence and community development, and I speak and teach IsiZulu.

Founder & Lead Web Developer

Lead client projects from requirements to launch: discovery with owners, UI, back end, deployment and support.
Build and run Order by VergeOn, an installable delivery PWA with customer, store, rider and admin dashboards, live in Manguzi and Mbazwana.
Use AI coding tools daily for scaffolding, debugging and refactoring, then review and harden the output before release.
Built configurable PHP/MySQL admin systems where owners change content, settings and user roles without touching code.
Replaced manual processes with WhatsApp chatbots, admin inboxes, automated email, referral tracking and exportable reports.
Integrated PayFast payments, VAT invoicing, NightsBridge room availability and social login.
Audited and repaired live production systems, and manage hosting, DNS, SSL, cPanel and FTP for client sites.
